I was treated with such disrespect when I arrived to put my dog down. I came to find out my ex was the Primary and requested I not be present. I was distraught to find this out the day of. I was distraught and upset as anyone would very well be. I was asked to leave by a womyn who identified herself as a Manager. I tried to state my side and told she didn't want to hear it. I was told I was using slander when I stated the vets were ignorant of the matter at hand. This decision was about my ex's need for control. The cops were called when I did absolutely nothing but vent my shock and grief. This clinic's treatment of a grieving parent was utterly deplorable and lacked any sense of compassion and/or empathy. It was already the worst day of my life as it was my first time putting my fur baby down. Shame Shame. Maybe next time a situation like this arises try to work with both parents for the best interest of your patient and be less concerned about your business.

Took my cat in today for a recheck on a wounded paw (nail). They took him to another area out of sight to check his healing process. When they brought him back to me they had cut the wound open again so now he has an even bigger wound and has to now start the healing process again. He also needs more pain medication because he’s in pain from the open wound. $75 just for the pain medication. What was supposed to be a simple less than $50 check up ended up being $138 and my cat is in more pain than he was with his initial injury. I’m pretty angry to say the least. At check out I asked to look at my bill before payment as the amount seemed a little high plus the last time they mixed up my bill with someone else’s and I paid their bill and then had to wait while they adjusted everything. The girls today were so rude and unprofessional. The first girl could not have slouched back further in her chair if she tried. The 2nd girl Heather has such attitude I will be now looking for another vet.
