We had an appointment for one of our Poms but I realized another had an ear infection, so I took 2 dogs in. First the "nurse" came at our dog from around the corner of a table and held her hand out fingers first. The dog was surprised and lunged but did not bite. We were informed we would have to pay emergency fees to have an extra dog seen .We complained about this in front of the nurse-I had never heard of that before in 60 years of dog ownership! Dr.Rosen came in and raked me up one side and down the other for being confrontational. I am 80. I was appalled. They proceeded to muzzle our scared pup to check his ear! By that time I was in tears, but she was not done yet and treated me as if I was a moron and unable to clean a dogs ear. I was required to tell her how I would do it, still in tears because of the horrible way I was being treated. I am convinced none of this would have happened if I had been a man. Cost:200
