Front of the house staff are horrible! No customer service: you feel like you are inconveniencing them. The two doctors I had seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly towards my dogs, however, they do not stop adding more and more to the bill! I spent more money here in regular clinic hours than I did driving to Ottawa for the most expensive Emergency Services at Alta Vista! Ridiculous!
