We have been going to this clinic for over 20 years and were always very, very happy with care received. When the owner sold the practice to a new vet(s)we were sad and anxious. However, taking in our elderly kitty today when he seemed very very sick, I was reassured and very happy with the care. Yes it was not cheap at almost $500(is any vet care cheap anywhere?)BUT this included office visit,complete geriatric bloodwork, subcutaneous fluids,anti-nausea meds,anti-biotics,urinalysis and some special diet food.Dr Kirby was very kind and personable,technician and receptionist same, and I got an appointment within an hour of my initial worried phone call.I was especially impressed that Dr Kirby was extremely clear upfront on costs,and offered a less expensive option on in-hospital care.I also love that CMVS has a well-equipped modern surgery with diagnostic and surgical facilities all on-site.CMVS continues to be Whistler's best vet clinic by far, I am thankful to say.
