...These people refused to cremate my cat after my father left them a one star review (No comment nothing) they were extremely unprofessional and rude with us the owner told me to get out of the examination room after His employee left us in there, and after we paid the lady at the front desk asked if my father was my grandpa cause he was having trouble with the debit machine, in the middle of writing this review I got a call from them trying to make a deal with me saying they will cremate my cat if the original review was removed INSANELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES THEY CARE MORE ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK ON GOOGLE THEN THE ANIMALS THEY ARE TREATING ITS SAD

I have dealt with a lot of vets over 30 years and Raj is by far the best . Kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Even my pets like him. He takes the time to get to know your pet. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants the best .

Awesome staff and Dr Raj always explain the disease and treatment info,caring and thorough. Never try to oversold anything. I will recommend this clinic to everyone.

Dr Raj is a GREAT vet. The fulltime receptionist is extremely rude, the rest of the staff is nice.

To the folks that had a bad experience......for one, many vets don't allow you to bring in a stray because they may have a condition which can be contagious or even deadly to the existing clients. A vet would have to create an environment to contain any potential diseases. Which means that other clients could not be present. As for staff.....most are great and yes, some not so much. As for cost, Dr Raj is still one of the most compassionately priced vets in the GTA.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Raj since he opened his doors. He was wonderful and caring (referred many clients). Recently, his wife decided to run the front office and her approach to a recent situation with my younger cat was where I decided to look for another vet. She was rude and had absolutely zero customer service skills! Unfortunately, all she cares about $$$$. She has increased all of his prices, which have shot through the roof (i.e. prescription fee $20.00)! If this is the type of service / prices he is planning to move forward with, then it's time to let others know what is going on and time to find another vet! His wife has to learn that customers pay their salaries! Being rude to customers is not going to increase sales! Time for her to find employment opportunities elsewhere so that Dr. Raj can continue to provide the services he used too without her disrupting his business!!

What an amazing Pet Hospital. Dr. Raj is the best of the best. He has treated my family dogs and now my cats, and he has saved their lives. With his expertise and honest advice, Dr. Raj gives you the best care possible for your loved pets while also understanding the financial constraints that most pet owners have. I cannot recommend him enough! I drive from Bowmanville to his office because it's worth it!

Very poor service! Tried to bring in a stray cat with severe eye infection, receptionist responded "very busy" and slammed down the phone. I did not have the opportunity to book on another day, just plain rude service from this clinic.

Dr. Raj obviously loves his patients. I feel very comfortable taking our senior dog to him. Everyone is very kind and they keep to their appointment times without making you feel rushed. I will definitely recommend Forestbrook Pet Hospital to other pet owners.

The service was great, Raj is a very kind and caring vet. He took the time to get to know my pug before he examined him. I would highly recommend his services. His prices are very reasonable and he is open 7 days a week.
