I am a first time pet owner. The staff at Brisdale Animal Hospital were extremely helpful in easing my worries about my sick kitten. The facility is clean, and my appointment was on time and I didn't spend all day waiting for assistance. Dr Deepa's work was diligent and effective, my kitten is now doing great in recovery. This is the only animal hospital I trust enough to take my kitten to and I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I have found the team at Brisdale Animal Hospital to be caring and client centered. Dr. Deepa took the time to not only explain my dog's diagnosis but to answer all my inquiries, going as far as providing her personal number in the event i had any concerns or questions after hours. While my dog was in Dr. Deepa's care for a surgical procedure, her team was consistent with providing me with updates on my dog. Not to mention the daily checkups i received from both Dr. Deepa and her team post surgery.

Please if you love your pets do not bring them here. My puppy was throwing up all day brought her in said she was fine. Ended up bringing her to emergency and found out shes not fine shes got pancreatitis. Felt as tho he didnt care n just brushed her off. Never go back again. Very upsetting. As a pet owner you want to feel comfortable and at ease. Not this place

Can't say enough good things about this Vet! Not only did they help my dog when she was quite sick, but the staff was very sympathetic and understanding. I was a bit of a mess but the assistant (forget her name but the brunette)was not only knowledgeable of what to do for my dog but was very sweet and sympathetic with me. The Vet (older South Asian male) was a little brusque but was professional and knowledgeable, and they fixed her up! The price was also much lower than I anticipated! I will be making this my new vet, and you should do so as well!

My first and last experience at this clinic! I went because it was an emergency and it was the closest place. I have a****zu and the vet(nor the assistants) were able to handle my dog, nor was he very determined to try. I can't imagine how they would handle any medium-large sized breed. After a 2hr visit, paying for their services felt like a rip-off after I had assisted in all the testing, only to have to administer all the medication myself at home. They seemed very inexperienced in handling animals in comparison to my regular vet. Very unsatisfied, especially at the attitude and impatience of the doctor. Maybe if he had not overbooked himself with patients (at least 3+ others waiting)the visit would have not been that long, nor would my dog have experienced such stress and anxiety. Worst experience and will never go here again.

I went there with my dog who had a splinter in his eye. Te vet was extremely rough used a few needles that we didnt. Even know about. Gave 3 different medications after poking him 7+times with needles and catheter he finally got the needle in. And sedated our dog. After the dog starts coming out of sedation he tried to perscribe over 100 dollars of medications in which only one was actually needed. After being overly rough with the dog I will NEVER be returning.
