I have brought my dogs here around two years. Dr Deepa is in charge now. Nothing to complain. Great and acknowledge doctor, always give many useful advices. Staffs is super friendly , caring and helpful. Just bring your pets here if you want to have a quality vet service.

Bring my dog and cats here. Vet is excellent and very knowledgeable. Always recommend Brisdale Animal Hospital to anyone I know. Great staff and environment.

Got a puppy from a breeder that uses this vet. Missed diagnosing the any illness the puppy had. NO clue what she is doing. After results from specialist come back she still says puppy is healthy and will grow out of it. Luckily my vet new the specialist and clarified puppy will never grow out of illness and actually has 2 high risk issues. GOOD LUCK IF you use this vet. They suck and will not diagnose properly and will not give the proper advise.

Terrible service. The doctor came very late from home and did not give any advice at all and they charged over $70 for a check up.... they only want your money and don’t care for your pet

Dr deeps and her staff are super, she has treated both of my dogs with a caring professional attitude. Diagnosis is bang on first time out.please ignore any older ratings as they are from the previous owner of the animal hospital( dr.deepa has owned Brisdale for under two years ). **********

I am a first time pet owner. The staff at Brisdale Animal Hospital were extremely helpful in easing my worries about my sick kitten. The facility is clean, and my appointment was on time and I didn't spend all day waiting for assistance. Dr Deepa's work was diligent and effective, my kitten is now doing great in recovery. This is the only animal hospital I trust enough to take my kitten to and I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I have found the team at Brisdale Animal Hospital to be caring and client centered. Dr. Deepa took the time to not only explain my dog's diagnosis but to answer all my inquiries, going as far as providing her personal number in the event i had any concerns or questions after hours. While my dog was in Dr. Deepa's care for a surgical procedure, her team was consistent with providing me with updates on my dog. Not to mention the daily checkups i received from both Dr. Deepa and her team post surgery.

My dog was sick, I couldn't afford a lot. I called Brisdale Animal Hospital and the receptionist Stephanie was so nice. She said they would help. After Dr Deepa checked him out she gave me some options. I really liked that they didn't try to make me do things that weren't needed. We started with medications to see if that would help. Luckily it did and he is back to normal. Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you! :)

Dr. Moondian is an amazing vet. He cares greatly for my dogs, and has gone above and beyond to help our runt of the litter who may not have otherwise survived. We love him and we will stay with Dr. Moondian

I have nothing but great things to say. I have been to this vet for 3.5 years now. The small and big visits were all handled with care and compassion. I appreciate the follow up phone calls and reminders. The price is affordable and payments are helpful. The vet gives his opinions and recommendations about medications and treatments without being pushy. I have a high anxiety dog who cannot even get his nails done at the groomers. The vet helps and provides the reassurance my dog needs to have a minimal task completed without turning into a huge issue

If you love your pets Please don't go to this place...very unprofessional clinic. they don't know what they are doing. I went with my healthy dog for a spay surgery, she got infected. this clinic was closed for next 3 days so taken her to an Emergency clinic and spend another $400.00 . will never go back to this place..

This is a small vet office with only one doctor.I have been coming here a long time and Dr.M is an honest person who doesn't make a practice of upselling his customers. Prices here are very competitive for the area which I believe is due to the fact that he works alone with only 1 assistant. At other vet offices you often see several staff and and a couple vets/drs. Yes you tend to get more of a full-service experience/pampering however prices are generally much higher. My focus has always been on the vet himself however and whether my pet will be given the right medical treatment, as many vets seem to just treat the symptoms and not the cause. In my experience this vet fixes problems and our pets are healthier for it. Dr.M is a healer and a skilled veterinary surgeon. He seems to keep up to date on new research which we discovered while weighing our options in a couple cases prior to surgery. He cured my other cat's infection which another vet said was incurable and had only prescribe

The staff was nice, the price was right, but the vet was terrible. I got to the clinic and the assistant had me fill out the form and she put me in a room and was very friendly. I waited for 10 minutes and the vet did not come in, there wasn't anyone else there so I don't know what he was doing. 5 minutes later a man (who afterwards I found out was the vet) sauntered on in. He went to the back, and I waited another 5 mins. He came in. My dog is a lab, so excitable, not aggressive at all. Well he got fed up with her jumping and called the assistant in to help restrain for the exam. Finally the vet started screaming at my dog. The assistant was embarrassed, I could tell this kind of thing has happened before. All throughout the exam, lecturing me on her weight, her teeth. I get thats his job, but there is a polite way to do it. He is extremely rude, being late and not apologizing, yelling at my poor dog, and just being mean with his recommendations. Sorry, not coming back.

Please if you love your pets do not bring them here. My puppy was throwing up all day brought her in said she was fine. Ended up bringing her to emergency and found out shes not fine shes got pancreatitis. Felt as tho he didnt care n just brushed her off. Never go back again. Very upsetting. As a pet owner you want to feel comfortable and at ease. Not this place

Can't say enough good things about this Vet! Not only did they help my dog when she was quite sick, but the staff was very sympathetic and understanding. I was a bit of a mess but the assistant (forget her name but the brunette)was not only knowledgeable of what to do for my dog but was very sweet and sympathetic with me. The Vet (older South Asian male) was a little brusque but was professional and knowledgeable, and they fixed her up! The price was also much lower than I anticipated! I will be making this my new vet, and you should do so as well!

My first and last experience at this clinic! I went because it was an emergency and it was the closest place. I have a****zu and the vet(nor the assistants) were able to handle my dog, nor was he very determined to try. I can't imagine how they would handle any medium-large sized breed. After a 2hr visit, paying for their services felt like a rip-off after I had assisted in all the testing, only to have to administer all the medication myself at home. They seemed very inexperienced in handling animals in comparison to my regular vet. Very unsatisfied, especially at the attitude and impatience of the doctor. Maybe if he had not overbooked himself with patients (at least 3+ others waiting)the visit would have not been that long, nor would my dog have experienced such stress and anxiety. Worst experience and will never go here again.

I went there with my dog who had a splinter in his eye. Te vet was extremely rough used a few needles that we didnt. Even know about. Gave 3 different medications after poking him 7+times with needles and catheter he finally got the needle in. And sedated our dog. After the dog starts coming out of sedation he tried to perscribe over 100 dollars of medications in which only one was actually needed. After being overly rough with the dog I will NEVER be returning.
