Dr. Tibbs has treated our family pets over the last twenty five plus years. We find him to be very courteous as well as extremely professional in his practice. No matter what the case maybe he is always accommodating and very loving towards our pets. His staff is also very professional and congenial. No complaints. Keep up the good work Dr. Tibbs and Staff! Many thanks to the Oakcrest Veterinary Clinic.

The women in the office saved the rating. The doctor himself is VERY abrasive and arrogant. I would bring my pet back because I believe him to be a good vet, and I want what's best for my child; but his attitude disgusted and upset me and I will still be looking for another, friendlier, vet in the meantime. Many of his comments were highly unnecessary. He's a decent vet, but customer service/people skills are not at all his forte and he needs to work on that tremendously. No one wants to get care for their pet and feel like every word from their mouth is being judged and combated, when they only want to get the best care and help for whatever is wrong with their animal. I paid way too much money there to be spoken to in such a condescending manner.
