If you get Dr. Glassman, all is well.The partners have been disasterous. An unprecedented combination of youth, inexperience and arrogance. Unfortunately, two of the worst vet experiences I have ever had have been at this clinic, and after the last fiasco, I advised that I would not be back and that I would like my dog's records. They declined, saying I needed to come back. Then, they wrote me a letter dismissing me as a client, which is indicative of the problems at this clinic. Blame the client instead of facing up to significant internal shortcomings, poorly trained staff and poor communications. It's not that they perform the wrong medical services. It is really a matter of attitude and competency in performing those services. In clear conscience, I would never advise anyone to go to this clinic.
