An incredibly average Vet office. There are better places and less expensice places around. Like the other person said, they're great for routine stuff, but seem to lack the passion or knowledge to go the extra mile.

I have cared for dogs for over 30 years (I'm 40) and Hart's Run has always been the main care-giver. However, whenever a dog needed more than routine exams and medicine, I had to take him elsewhere. Hart's Run is run like a for-profit business and seems to only do routine care... they have never gone "above and beyond" for any of my pets and they lack sincere compassion. If you really care about your pet and are emotionally attached, do not go to them. You will not recieve the comfort level and confidence that you can find elsewhere. Finally, I believe the charge for their services is on the high side, likely due to their proximity to Fox Chapel. I give them an overall rating of 6 out of 10.
