This Vet has been amazing and so good to my boys. Dr. Dyson has been the light at the end of the tunnel we needed when dealing with an on going medical issue with our Boxer. Not only was she kind and caring but more thorough then any other vet I have ever dealt with. She checked in daily regarding his condition and even helped with contacting further resources should we need them. Our boxer may just love going to the vet more so then going for walks. The staff are great with our boys as well and this is very important that you feel your loved one is being taken care of by people who care. I cannot express how positive our experience with this vet has been after changing from another local vet that we were very unhappy with. When it comes to the overall experience of care for your pet, hands down I would recommend Belmont Vet for care for your loved one.

I have been going to this clinic for several years with my Cat. As my cat ages she has more recurrent medical conditions, one of which is a UTI. Every so often my cat gets a UTI and suffers until she gets Anti-Biotics. Normally the Vets want to line their pockets so usually ask for a visit first, but this time around I had just visited with my cat 2 days ago for a different medical issue. I called them and asked for Anti-Biotic for the UTI. The receptionist said the Vet was busy and will get back to us. After a few hours I called again and was told the same. I never got the call. My cat will suffer through another night of pain.
These guys are****, mostly interested in lining their pockets. They do not have the best interest of your pet in mind., find somewhere else that cares. I cant fathom the Vet was so busy that she couldn't talk to her receptionist about our call.

Excellent vets and amazing staff...they really care for all their patients and treat them like they were their own. We highly recommend them

I highly recommend Dr. Dyson and Dr. Bay. Both very compassionate and caring vets to the pets and pet owners. Debbie and Heidi at the front desk are very friendly and caring.

Cannot say enough good things about Drs Dyson and Bay. I have been bringing my pets to this clinic since the early 1990's when Dr Geminiano was the owner and have always felt comfortable with the care and compassion my cats have received. The front desk staff, especially Heidi and Debbie (who I've seen the most) are very professional and compassionate. I will always recommend this clinic. It may be a bit older building, but the people in it are top rate!

Words cannot express my deep gratitude for the staff at Langford Vetrinarian Hospital! We had 4 rescue (dogs) that we have taken to the clinic for years on a regular basis. Recently, we "lost" one of our "kids". Dr Bay and Dr. Dyson did everything in their power to save Riley.....were there for us every minute of the way, as were there amazing staff?? I thank them from the bottom of my heart and highly recommend this wonderful clinic!

I had a kitten once, about 5 years ago. She was from the SPCA. Sweetest, kindest kitten. I brought her here and the vet whom I do not know his name anymore, told me she was in fine health for a 6 month old. Two months later she developed FIP and passed. When I saw other kittens the same age as she was when I got her, they were bigger and fatter and mine looked like a 3 month old. It wouldn't have changed anything, I would not have returned her. I just would have liked to see a bit more of a check-over than a visual (NO temperature taken, no thorough check-over etc) "yes she's in fine health". The facility seemed dirty, but it may just be old. The woman at the desk was nice. This clinic's saving grace in my opinion is that Dr. Russel is now there. He is AMAZING.

Dr Russell and the Staff at Belmont Langford clinic are absolutely first rate. We started taking our Miniature Poodle there for care when he began frequent vomiting. Dr Russell administered the appropriate tests, found and began treatment. As our pet passed 14 yrs of age, the disease progressed to diabetes which was treated with insulin. Further deterioration and consultation with Dr. Russell led to our decision to euthanize our little dog. Dr Russell was extremely compassionate.

I was very impressed with the service I received at this clinic. My dog was due for vaccinations and the entire experience was positive. Lots of parking was available and check in was quick. I was greeted warmly and didn't have to wait. It is always nice when your appointment time is actually honoured -- seems rare these days.
The Vet I saw, Dr. Russell, seemed very kind and I got "good vibes" from him. Just seemed like a genuine nice person who cares for animals. He did a thorough check-up on my dog before administering the vaccination. I didn't feel rushed at all and he took the time to ask me if I had any questions, concerns, etc.
Afterwards, payment was quick and painless. Price seemed reasonable and on pay with any other vet I've seen.
I've just moved to Victoria (Langford) from Calgary so am thankful my vet experience here was positive. Looks like my dog has his new Doggy Doctor! :)

• Fantastic Vet that partnered with another great and compassionate Vet. The building is clean but older as they start this clinic in this high needs community. Your whole family will love them. We have gone through puppyhood ... crazy hound days involving unexpected surgeries...to elderly loss. We are not alone in our assessment as pet owners. (Colwood/ Langford)
