The receptionists at Beattie Animal Hospital lack customer service and efficiency. When we arrive with our pet they do not greet you with a smile or even say a simple hello. "who are you checking in" is all they say. They seem to not know how to navigate the computer system. Today I arrived for a scheduled appointment which was apparently not in their system, but I had the appointment card. The receptionist was not apologetic and did not even care. After nearly one year of this clinic and their receptionists who lack customer service we have had enough and are going to another caring clinic with a competent receptionist. I do not recommend this clinic in Hamilton to any person with pets. They should send their receptionists on a customer service training course! Receptionists represent the team of the clinic and these young women at the front desk do not care. The feeling we get is that they hate their job and the clinic.
