Very good Dr Ashby is knowledgeable and are great too! Prices are very reasonable. Has taken great care of our 2 beagles. Appt are always on time I never have to wait. Office is very clean and organized.

Wonderful and loving staff! However after being there for several years I found Dr.ashby really tries to up sell way to much..which I can understand BUT when she tried to sell me on a X-ray and surgery on a 2year healthy and active dog we got many many other experienced options and NOT any other vet recommend our dog have this surgery infact all of them couldn't believe that was recommended NOT even an X-ray was needed!

I found Dr Ashsby to be quite rude and she was quite arrogant when I did not not accept her recommendations for surgery. When I did look into it her rates were about 25% higher. Won't be back.

Having observed veterinary medicine and surgeries at some of the highest rated animal hospitals in the region, I can say with absolute confidence that Carriage Crossing Animal Hospital ranks among these elite. Dr. Ashby’s commitment to creating a “fear free” practice would make Dr. Marty Becker, “America’s Veterinarian” and pioneer in fear free medicine, proud. The high level of comfort that her patients experience, through the use of numbing cream and sound techniques, while being poked with needles was inspiring. The realization that my pet can have a catheter inserted into his cephalic vein without discomfort was an eye-opening experience. Dr. Ashby doesn’t treat her patients like animals- she treats them like a member of their owner’s family.

This new clinic has helpful and friendly staff who provide excellent care. They are very concerned with the long term health of your pet and provide a monthly payment wellness plan that takes the sting out of preventative care. Behaviour problems often lead to serious problems so they make sure they are addressed. I recommend them highly.
