I have been using this clinic for almost 10 years on 3 dogs. All experiences have been excellent. They are compassionate and caring. Twice they have come in to the office after hours for me. Once on a sunday and the other on an evening. I have found all the Doctors and staff knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

I just moved to Sechelt 3mths ago from Vancouver with my Pug "Barbie" and my poor Barbie contracted fleas. I went to the Sunshine Coast Pet Hospital and spoke with a very nice man I was able to purchase advantage for Barbie over the counter. I am unsure why the previous rating said this I can tell you first hand I had no problem purchasing this,He even weighed Barbie for me and gave her a treat

Excluding the receptionists and techs this clinic is incredibly disappointing. The manager is rude and unprofessional. The owner (one of the vets) is charging appointment fees for over the counter products. They had two good vets that I found knowledgeable and caring, however they have changed clinics. I will not be returning to this clinic and I would not encourage anyone else to either.

After many negative experiences with Clinics on the Sunshine coast, it was relief to find a clinic with caring staff who understood how hard some of our decisions as owners can be. All the staff from reception to DVM's are respectful and considerate. More than once have these doctors gone above and beyond for me and my pets. I recommend them to everyone.
