Expensive is not the word. Exorbitant. first, pay $18 fee for the privilege of being a customer. Vets are dismissive: do not explain, condescending. How about $135 for an injection? or a shampoo for $50, which easily found online: 2x the size for $22.50. They really push product. I wonder if the Vets get a commission on what they sell. It’s a factory. The “care” we got was rudimentary. I didn’t feel that they care about my pet or me. I vote NO.

Facility is very nice, services are very expensive. Vets spend very little time with pet & owner. Treatment & test recommendations seem to be more for profit than based on pets' needs. Wellness visit for 2 senior dogs, including blood work, with vaccines cost me over $1k. Be prepared to pay. They are always late, we always wait even if we're on time. They're close to our house, so we've continued to take our dogs there, but are looking for a better option.

They are one of the only places around which are available late at night for cats. They were very helpful with my cat that I rescued. They are very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. They have very nice facilities and are at an easy to find location. I was surprised by how good the price was despite not having any other reasonable alternative to take my cat to at 9PM!

Too expensive and suggests unnecessary care or procedures. Other vets are less expensive. Avoid this one. Great facility though.

The facilities are nice, but you get very little time with the vets, if you get any at all. All that for a higher price than at other places around here.
