absolutely terrible vet, they promise to call and never do, they run out of anti-biotics, and leave you short, they give very little information about your pets diagnosis, terrible experience ,

The clinic stinks. They allow smelly dogs to rom everywhere. I went there to get food which is overpriced to harm your animals. The girl that was helping me was interrupted by someone who thought she knows everything. The doctor allows her staff to be abusive to animals. They hurt my dog and I had to spend a few hundred dollars after the staff at terra Losa hurt my puppy's leg. I called to complain and was told to get over it. This place has gone down hill after dr. Basha left. The doctor they have there now needs to have her license pulled. Horrible service

Used to be an amazing clinic, loved Dr Smith and her staff, but ever since new ownership took over there has been a decline. All the staff we knew and loved have left, I don't know anyone that is left there, and I feel like no one cares about my babies anymore. On the plus side, prices have dropped, but I guess you get what you pay for. Lots of renovations have been done so facilities are a plus, it looks much better than it used to.

Dr. Basha is wonderful. He is super friendly and explains everything in a manner that you understand. He was very gentle with my cat

I have taken all three of my dogs here. Two of them lived long happy lives with Dr. Smith as their vet from puppy to senior dogs. She was always so knowledgeable and informative - I moved across town and tried other vets but they seemed very condescending and shrugged off my concerns - we now travel from the opposite end of the city just to see her. The fees were always very reasonable and I was always presented with options. The staff are very friendly and chatty. Just generally a warm environment. Could not be any happier with my 22 years attending their location.

We have taken our Jack Russell to Dr Smith for 10 years, since he was born. Always had great service with Dr Smith. The last 3 to 4 visits Dr Smith is not there all the time now. The girl at the counter is very very rude. Barney was in to get his needle appointment was made 2 weeks in advance. My husband got there, she said ok Barney your appointment is to get your nails cut. She swore at my husband when he told her she was wrong and should be looking on the computer to see why Barney was there. The doctor was very nice, but when he gave Barney his one needle he missed the and the contents spilled out on the counter. Not the same since Dr Smith is not controlling things there. We are thinking about leaving this clinic. David and Edna Caron

We've been coming to this clinic for about ten years and the quality of service and trustworthiness for us has declined dramatically! Our last two visits with our cat were horrible. The first one May 2.... The assistant was writing our information on the wrong chart! Then the doctor came in and was following this wrong chart! Very frustrating. The appointment was booked for 5 pm for blood work but we found out from the vet her tech leaves at 5 so this was a problem. Blood work was finally done. The results came back saying the cat was very sick. Antibiotics were described. Came back for visit two in a week and th cat marginally improved according to the vet. At this point she still has no good answer as to why he was sick. In her words- " I don't know what's wrong, could be anything". We transferred the records to the new vet clinic and when he looked at her first blood work results he said her machine couldn't have been working because the results are showing the cat is dead!

HORRIBLE experience, I liked the vet, but once trying to pay for the appointment. I made sure to ask the girl at the desk about the dosage of benedryl to give my cat. She told me "50mg twice a day" I couldnt believe that was the amount I was being told, so I repeated it and she responded "yes". I went home and gave my cat half that dose, once, and ended up with a very ill cat, if I had given her what I was told Im sure my cat would have OD'd.
When I called the manager the next day, I got an insanely rude and dismissive attitude and that it must have been my mistake not the girl at the counter. When I mentioned I reiterated what I was told she and it could have killed my cat, to which her response was "well I dont know the toxicity of that drug" HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW being a vet, that just further solidified my thought to NEVER go there again. Zero responsibility taken for such a serious situation...

Dr. Smith is so honest, knowledgeable & most importantly kind. She had been seeing my dog for 8 years and I couldn't be happier we found her. Thank you for all you do Dr.Smith. Kerry, Corey & Chip

Had an emergency pop up with one of my dogs and not only were they ridiculously overpriced compared to other local vets but they also insisted I had to make an appointment for an emergency that became a life or death situation. Some of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced with a vet office as well. There are far better clinics in West Edmonton to take your beloved pet.

We only visited the veterinarian once. She did not have the gentle touch we expect of our pets' veterinarians, and seemed too abrupt and way too quick to be done. We switched to the Crestwood veterinary clinic and are very happy with the decision. We want to the best for our pets and Terra Losa vet clinic definitely was not it
