In my opinion, this clinic is all about the money. I called in to make sure they had food for my cat on prescription diet. They indicated to me that they had to see my cat for an exam before they would sell me food. Due to time constraints and going out of town and then the holiday right after, I will not be able to get my cat into them for weeks, yet they would only sell me a 4 pound bag. They never called or emailed me that this was due and must be done before I could get food for my pet. They are not in the business of working with pet owners to do what is best for their family and convenience. They seem to be only out to make as much money as possible. Especially when I take a pet in and they give me a long list of items I should do and guilt trip me if I don't do everything. I've given this clinic almost 4 years, so when they refused to work with me this time, I was done. I can't take their crap anymore simply because they are the closest to me. I do not recommend it to anyone!
