Dr. Etue and her staff were amazing. They got my cat in the same day when she was sick for an emergency ultrasound. She was very thorough and we got the answers we needed. So appreciative of everything she did for me.

Best vet ever!!! A very kind, genuine, and one of a kind person. I would trust her with my pet any day.

Dr Etue has treated several of my dogs and I really appreciate that we have her here in London. Sheilah is a Radiology Specialist and I have always been treated very well by she and her staff. She has been very caring and I totally trust her with my dogs. Her fees are in line with any other vets doing ultrasounds and I appreciate the fact that I don't have to take my dogs to Guelph. I would certainly refer anyone to take advantage of her expertise.

Dr Etue and her staff are wonderful!! I had my dog ultrasounded and she explained everything throughly and gave us many options, especially working on a budget. Our dog was very sick and went to several vets before her and she was the only one able to find out what was wrong. She comes strongly recommended.

Dr. Etue was amazing when we took our cat in for an abdominal ultrasound. She allowed me to come on to comfort my cat during the ultrasound which I really appreciated. She explained everything she saw on the screen and later emailed me a copy of her report. She was wonderful in her treatment of my pet. She suggested we do a needle aspiration of my cat's spleen but I declined. The cost would have been an extra $500 and I felt the ultrasound gave us enough to choose our course of treatment. The only negative was that no one told me our cat could not eat 8 hours before. Luckily a friend told me. I was quoted fee of $500 but the fee was actually $530. If my cat needed sedation it would have been an extra $50. I hope I never have to get another ultrasound but if I did I would go to her again. She was warm, sensitive snd caring.

My dog was referred to this vet for an ultrasound. Dr. Etue was very condescending and had horrible bed-side manners. Her tech was very nice but didn't make up for my bad experience.
