I have been taking my animals here for years only because they are one of three vets in the very remote area where I live. The other two vets offices are tacky, run-down and very unprofessional. The care at San Cayetano is pretty decent but their prices are really high. At the last two appointments that they scheduled for me they made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time and made no apologies for the delays. Also no one informed me that they were running so far behind. My time is valuable to me and when they set the appointment time I expect to be seen within a reasonable period if time. Because of these reasons I will be looking for a new vet hospital outside the area. Not so pleased.
