	9/8/14	4	5	4	5	Not my regular vet but open late during the week and got me in even though it backed up their schedule a little.Staff was friendly and took care of me and my pet in a timely fashion.
	11/16/13	1	5	4	3	poor bedside manner, I bet if I had went in and told them I work for a vet rather than representing a rescue I would have been treated better and not like an idiot. Shameful. Beautiful building but they lack people skills.
