We absolutely LOVE Dr. Melissa Gillard!! She sincerely cares about our 2 dogs!! I wouldn’t go any where else. It’s a shame that the other person is saying such horrible things about Dr Gillard. Dr. Gillard has never tried to up sale us on food and we have been going to her for 2 years. It is completely ludicrous to even say she killed their dog. My dog was in HORRIBLE shape and she saved her life!!! I highly highly recommend Dr. Gillard!!!

My two dogs always seen Dr lindsey he was amazing then left to go to another vet in Orillia. Dr McWatt then hired a new vet...Dr Melissa Gillard...horrible vet all she cared about was up selling the food. We took our boy there 3 months ago telling her we felt something was wrong ...we asked her to take blood urine whatever she had to do. She didn't do any of what we requested...she convinced us it was nothing serious and sold us new food...he got more and more sick till it was to late to help him. Had she tested his blood in March like we asked then maybe treatment t would have been possible...but she ignored our request and only cared about up selling their food. She had total disrespect for our feelings and his care. He has since died and I blame her 100% and I have filed a complaint. Never again!!!!

Great doctors and staff. Nice new facility. Dr. Lindsay and Dr. McWatt have booth taken great care of my pets.
