I have never had any issues at this vet. The assistants are wonderful and very caring toward my Morkie. My dog has had a lot of allergies and this vet has always been very thorough and wonderful with my dog. My dog is always examined thoroughly and has excellent care.

I have used this vet since i first got my puppy. The vet assistants are always very kind and very helpful and the veternarian always took good care of my puppy. I have had my puppy neutered here, had ear infections taken care of and other small ailments my puppy had, all matters have always been very well taken care of. My dog is now a year old and I will continue to take him to this vet, very clean affordable and wonderful staff.

This doctor is refusing to see my dog because last time we came in there was a misdiagnoses disagreement. I needed a second vets opinion and when we went to get that we found out just how crappy of an office highland really is. We were very upset with this vet when we left their office and when I was going to give them a second chance they turned my innocent puppy away. A doctor who truly loves animals would have never done this, and would never punish a dog simply because he does not want to see the humans again. I have the right to speak up and mention that I don't think the exam was done properly (they didn't check ears even) when it's my money paying for it. We never got any sort of proof of vaccination from highland other then a little paper that had all her shots checked off. All in all I would never take my animals here, out of all the 5 vets I have visited the past 6 months to find the best services provided, I can honestly say highland has been the worst experience of them all

An excellent veterinary clinic that has a lot to offer and has done an excellent job helping my dog get back on his feet. I was pleased with the service, pricing and especially the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone!

I would not recommend this clinic. Yes, the clinic was clean though small, and they saw my dog on time, but these are less important to me than the care of my pet. The only positive aspect of the staff were the assistants working there, who were kind and helpful. The vet himself seemed very uncomfortable around my dog, and didn't seem to have any idea what he was talking about. He agreed to do a surgery to remove a potentially cancerous mass from my dogs paw, and when I returned over 3 weeks later (the earliest appointment for this time sensitive surgery) to have pre-surgery blood work done, he refused to do the surgery. He was unclear about his reasons for now refusing the work and didn't show any compassion for this upsetting news (we had waited weeks only to find out we had to start over). The affordable cost is a reflection of the minimal knowledge, skill and confidence this vet has. I am glad my dog did not end up in surgery with this vet despite my initial hopes.

This animal hospital is great. We have had excellent results with our pets skin issues and they have been resolved without spending a fortune. We also had our kitten spayed here and the surgery went well. I am surprised to read the below comment as our kitten had no problems what so ever. They sent us home with proper care instructions the day after surgery. She had no problems with her stitches. They looked very well done and she healed very well. They did not charge us for a re check to bring our kitten back to make sure everything was going well. Unfortunately, since she was very playful we had to keep her in her carrier while we could not watch her, this is what they told us so she does not play too hard and pull her stitches. The staff is very friendly, doctor is very thorough.

Taking my kitten to this vet was a huge mistake. Do not be fooled by the affordable pricing. We did not meet the vet prior to the Spay surgery as he was not around. We also recieved our kitten home that night and by the Sunday night she had a massive hernia, which means that the surgery was not done properly. This was on a Sunday so we had to have emergency surgery done on the kitten because they are not open Sunday. The surgery was 800 dollars, and when we went back to Highland to tell them what happened, they hadn't even looked at the report sent over from the emergency clinic, and they refused to pay. The vet also came out with blood on his coat and was very hard to understand. He did not offer any compassion with our situation and seemed very uncomfortable with our kitten. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please do not support this clinic. It is not worth it.
