I left after waiting 2 hours for results that I was told would take 30 minutes. No one suggested I leave and have the doctor call. I was totally ignored. I have since heard worse things about this place.

We recently took our kitten here for an unknown viral infection and had to have her hospitalized for several days. The staff was hit and miss. I felt as if some of the vets and techs were just there for the paycheck, but others were great and gave my kitten individual attention she needed to fight her disease. They are of course very expensive, but it seemed as if they were making a solid effort to only perform tests that were absolutely necessary. And the 24/7 care was certainly worth the costs given my kittens critical condition.
