They removed my posts on the Facebook Page warning people about their neglect. Banned me from being able to comment or write on their wall. Gave cat metacam (causes kidney failure/sometimes death in cats), Told us our cat needed to be sedated to take blood, Gave us $700 estimate ($250 when we went elsewhere),Would not refund money for medications that are unused,Did not do a proper exam.I know this cause we saw a 2nd vet today. We had to euthanize Dice, he was in rough shape.The metacam made him worse and if we would have went to the other vet first, we likely could have saved our cats life. The vet we saw today did a proper exam and was under the impression that oral problems were clearly not the underlying problem and that it was likely kidney, leukemia or cancer. Our cat had every symptom of kidney failure, so why Dougall decided to give our cat a dangerous drug with black box warnings (that can cause kidney failure) is beyond me.
