Absolutely the best hands down. He saved my jack russel when everyone else threw their hands in the air and writing him off and couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. He did other tests to find the problem and put him on the path to health. 10 years later he's still with me. When my greyhound had bone cancer, it was Paul who came to my house when it was time to send her on her final journey. The compassion of Paul and the entire staff is amazing. They call the next day after a visit and ask how your furry family member is. He answers your questions and explains things in a way you can easily understand and he gives discounts when you become a loyal customer. He doesn't do anything that will cost you extra. Even without the discounts his prices are more than fair. I won't take my furry kids anywhere else. I've already found the best.

Dec 2016 our 4lbs imperial shih tuz was brought in we were told he had pneumonia & was given a double shot of antibiotic... a few ours later he had a massive heart attack & died!! the office did call me the next morning to see how he was, when i said "He died, thanks a lot" she said sorry & quickley hung up the phone never to be heard from again. I would never recommend this "Vet?" to anyone. absolutly No compassion only out for the $300 they got out of us

I moved from the GTA hoping the cost of a good vet would be a bit less expensive. The ones that I have gone to are outrageous in their cost and care wasn't good. Then I found Ambassdor vet clinic. They were so kind, knowledgable and very reasonably price. I can now again give by babies the proper care they need. Very highly recommended.

I recently brought my fur baby there to get spayed because she was going through hell, and the main reason I chose to go there was because of the ratings here. It's a week later, and I'm bringing my 2nd fur baby there to get neutered. The reviews were right on, and now I ended up with a vet clinic for life. They are worth the drive considering I live on the opposite end of the city, and their prices are incredibly fair. They also have a "good client" discount, which really helps if you aren't a millionaire. Definitely recommend to everyone!! :)

We have been extremely pleased with all the services our fur children receive at this clinic. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Rates are reasonable, which is so important for a multi-pet household. Highly recommended.

Extremely knowledgeable. Friendly staff who are understanding of each individuals situation. The most affordable and reasonably priced vet in WINDSOR. Trust me, I made alot of phone calls. The vets were very honest and great at communicating/explaining things to us. They were comforting in our loss. They know how to handle your animal gently and treat all of their animals with the utmost respect. I will NEVER goto another Animal Hospital as long as I reside within a close distance to Windsor.
