My visit was not bad. I give a low rating because would have prefer if the Doctor spoke to me, rather than having their assistants running back and forth to explain things to me. I paid for the staff's service more than the docters.

Recent visited the clinic for my dog's broken leg. Vet Dr. Gwak was very attentive and took his time to explain the whole process. It was a good experience to see the vet genuinely care for the well-being of our dog.

I'm a breeder that visits this clinic. I actually have a comment for one of the ratings below. 1) puppy can get vaccinated when they are 6 weeks old, (that's. It underage FYI) not 8 weeks. Thus, to tell the difference between a 4 or 6 weeks old puppy is difficult, even for a breeder myself. 2) pet stores try to scam everyone they work with. They're goal is just to sell the puppy as fast as they can so they don't have to waste $ on it. It's what pet stores do and you decide to buy from them. Now you are complaining, you get what you buy. Know where your pup is coming from, go to a good breeder. It's common sense.

The vet did not know how to handle my puppy. He suggested sedation just to clean his ears. His prices are ridiculous charging 30 dollars just for an ear cleaning, and 70 dollars for sedation. Therefore he tried to get me to pay 100 dollars to clean my puppys ears. I would not recommend going to this place at all. Stay away.

I took my teacup yorkie there for his vaccinations. The vet speaks very minimal English. You ask him a questions, either he gives you a one word answer, or walks away. Did some research on their site. One vet is from Taiwan. The other is from Korea. I only encounter the one from Korea. He barely spoke any English to me...He took less than 5 min with my pup. Now after his shot it has been a month and 2 weeks. he still has a lump on his back from the vaccination. I feel this place has good prices, cheap, but there is minimal animal care.

Knowingly vaccinates underage puppies for pet stores to be sold at as young as 4 weeks of age! Claims to not be able to tell the difference between a 4 and 8 week old puppy. Incredibly unethical, please do not trust them with your pets.

I went there to do the spay, and they forgot to do the stitch to the wound, and after I found out, they did stitches to my dog with out use anesthesia. can people imagine how hurt is that? I heard the screaming from my dog! I will never go to that place again!

No compassion for animals whatsoever. The vet is more eager to end his shift than stay to answer questions.

I take my 2 little ones here. I dont have any problems with them. The staff are nice and helpful. The place seems clean. And most importantly, they are not money concern like most vets. They are not pushy and offer alternatives if not financially off.

This one vet clinic would be the last place to recommend. The vet has a serious communication problem, virtually no English. He uses receptionists as a technician/translator. They speak Chinese and translator between the vet and clients. Their surgery area is very small and not hygienic. I saw him not wearing any scrubs or masks and walking in and out the surgery room.
