Our vet here and her staff saved our puppy's life and took amazing care of her for 4 days. The amount of love and care our little Mocha was given will never be forgotten. Our deepest thanks and gratitude to all of them. Everyone came to the table with total heart and she lived because of this. Thank you.

After having just moved here and used the same vet for years, I saw this vet was highly rated. The staff was friendly and my vet seemed knowledgeable, but the front entrance was crowded and messy and multiple dogs waiting in a congested area which could not be good in some circumstances. It wasn't a great first impression. We waited 25 min longer than expected for an introductory exam and a refill. I felt a little rushed through our appointment and didn't want to bother them with my questions. My refill meds were more than I had paid at my old vet office by at least $20/bottle and I paid I believe it was $75 for a 5 min introduction exam. Also they asked for my old records a second time which I had sent over but when I got there they had both copies.

I adore this place and everyone working there! The vets are incredible. I was terrified when my cat was lethargic, vomiting and refusing to eat. They explained which tests were necessary, and didn't charge me for anything that didn't need to be done. The staff are empathetic and truly care! So glad I found them!

I had an emergency with one of my pugs, I called the clinic as I was driving through and Lani was right there to help with the delivery of a stuck puppy. I waited for the invoice, thought it was going to be crazy expensive, it was not. I am so grateful to the Fort Sask vet for their compassion and being there to help in the delivery of the new baby pug. Off we went to our vet in Edmonton and Lani was not upset about it at all. Very professional and understanding. I am very grateful that they were able to see me in an emergency even though I had not been there for seven years. Thank you, Leia thanks you for saving her life! Leia and Rey were born March 10, 2107.

One visit, I know that I should be careful not to base a rating on that. I felt that Monica B. showed knowledge and understanding of our cat's first visit for ear mites. However, the cat's teeth had not been kept clean by the previous owner and dental needs were great. Anaesthesia was needed. Cost of that alone was shocking! $600 right off the top. We had to have sober second thought about that so looking for a less costly service.

The Dr's and staff are amazing here! I have been going with my 13 yr old Labrador for 6 years now and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive. I now live in Edmonton and it's worth the trip, my dog is relaxed there and I feel like she gets the best care possible. I have even shown up unannounced first thing in the morning with an issue and they fit me in and solve the issue. They are also willing to give advice over the phone, saving the cost of a visit to the clinic. I know they have my dog's best interest at heart
