I made an appointment for my dog for an exam. I changed my whole schedule so I could bring her in. They called back and said their hours had changed and would be closed. I asked why they couldn't tell me that when I called earlier, and was told they didn't find out the hours were changed. I asked to speak with the manager, who told me a whole different story. I would NEVER trust my dog to this facility! They don't even low their hours and they can't even ge their stories straight! How are they going to take care of pets? I don't know how they are still in business.
