Click to report rating    11/24/14   5     5     5     5   I was sorry to see the bad review earlier this year. We have been to the Metro Animal Emergency Clinic several times over the past number of years. Every time we went, the staff and vet were all pleasant and knowledgeable. I have no complaints whatsoever, and just feel very fortunate to have this wonderful after-hours services available to us. RID: 54747
1/15/14   2     4     1     2   Have had a number of bad experiences. They diagnosed one of my dogs with degenerative disk disease - charged $250 for x-rays that my vet said were useless (animal was not sedated or straight in pic) and then had to pay for further diagnostics at my vet. Had a 19 year old dog brought in for euthanasia (he was ill and incontinent) and the Dr decided to install an IV in the back room in our scared dog. We still hear his screams today. My 3rd bad experience: I brought a friend with three cats having seizures - and the lady behind the counter - Diane was more interested in how my friend was going to pay. When the person said they had no money she said to my friend "I have to tell them not to treat your cats." RID: 49254
