No matter what the facilities and punctuality are, I feel compelled to rate this clinic with a "0". Less-as they've done more harm than good. They diagnosed my puppy with a parasite on a Friday, sent an email but NOT A PHONE CALL, 20 minutes later closed the clinic for the weekend and left us with a very sick dog. The Emergency Clinic said that they would have to repeat the test and wouldn't have results until Monday, so they were unable to treat him. Now his illness is more advanced, he is lethargic, his liquid bloody feces sprayed all around the the backyard ready to re-contaminate him, and he is unable to socialize with other dogs thus delaying his development and training. This is cruel and irresponsible. Shame on York Mills Animal Hospital.
