I can't imagine how I would have gotten through losing my beloved Smokey without Dr. Sara. She was there for me before the appointment, held my hand as I said goodbye, and then (this is the part I didn't expect) the service didn't end there at all. She sent a hand written sympathy card & had my baby's paw print engraved on his urn with his name which she delivered herself, then she checked on me after that. She came in to my house practically a stranger and she left someone I will never forget as long as I live. She is an angel doing important work for our fur-persons. Thank god for her.
