Avon animal hospital is an excellent vet office I have been going for 15 years and have taken at least 10 animals they’re over those years. I am always very satisfied with customer service and the veterinarian does excellent work. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they always have great products for me to buy in her office at the prices

We have been a client of Dr Bills since 2003 and have always had great service from him and his staff. We started there when our dog was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis and our regular vet could not see her for 2 days. She most likely would have passed without his fast intervention.

I highly recommend brining all your fur babies to this clinic. The Vets and staff are such a pleasure to deal with! We recently brought our two kittens in for first exam and vaccines, couldn’t be happier!

We have been taking our sweet dog Caper to this place since he was a baby. We even had him neutered here and have had no issues. Very friendly and caring staff.

Not impressed with this place at all. Took our puppy there as recommended from the breeder. At first no complaints, no wait, everyone seemed nice. Until came in for a fee treatment a week later and they dosed her for 50lbs not 15lbs. The assistant called frantic asking if we'd given the dose. Which we had. We brought her back in and they just brushed it off, no follow up, no apology. The assistant didn't even talk to the doctor about it before we came back in. We've witnessed the vet talking down to the staff, there was blood on the floor in an open exam room, we saw a dog getting stitched up in an exam area that was not enclosed. Unprofessional , unsanitary, and med errors.. do not feel safe taking my fur baby back there!

They were quick on getting me and my puppy daisy in for routine yearly checkup . They tested her urine and blood analyze my dog was good no issues very happy she is ok . I was alittle paranoid that she may have a bladder infection or kidney problems but she's all good . Getting her teeth cleaned next week ! Great service ! Thanks for taking Are of my puppy ;) i would suggest them as there prices are exellent and they genuinely care .

I have been going to this vet since the day I got my pup. My dog is now 6 months old and I wouldn't even think of taking him anywhere else. The staff is amazing and is super friendly. Dr. Bill and Dr. Amir are both amazing vets and have given my pup nothing but the best care. My dog has been through a giardia illness and a dog bite and they have helped me understand everything that needed to be done and were very accommodating with me. They really do care about the animals they are treating and I trust them with my pet's life. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who asked because I believe that they truly are an amazing team at Avon!

This was my first time going here, it was a very warm and welcoming place, all my questions were answered and any concerns I had about my puppy were put at ease. Great staff and dr bill was very funny... I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

Everyone at Avon animal hospital have given our pug x,Susie Q,excellent care for 4 years. At only 8 weeks she fell off the bed and broke her hind leg. She was growing so fast the cast had to be replaced 3 times and at 6 months the tendons in that knee had to be pinned. To see her run and jump now as if nothing had ever happened is wonderful! Avon Animal Hospital always provides a clean, safe, caring atmosphere, along with excellent advice and medical attention. They also assist by submitting my pet insurance claim. After 8 years of care my dogs and now 2 kittens are patients of Dr. Baljit. My dogs love him and going into the clinic--and our male dog has had 2 emergencies which everyone responded to immediately--once hit by a car, another time choking on a "greeny" and unable to breathe. The best vet I have ever used--and I have bred dogs and cats for over 20 years. I have always found the charges reasonable and the staff compassionate and loving towards my pets.

We have been taking our 4 year old Boston Terrier here since he was little. I have had nothing but excellent service. One thing I can say is the vet and staff at Avon are there for the pets with loving hearts. Thanks for all the great service.

Avon Animal Hospital was highly recommended to me by the breeder that I bought my puppy from. I had only just tragically lost my 3 and a half year old Chihuahua. I took her in for a routine dental at a different veterinary clinic and she died on the table. This was a complete shock and I was devastated and heartbroken beyond belief. The dog I purchased was very close to the age where she needed to be spayed and I was very, very afraid to have another dog undergo anathesia. Dr. Bill was extremely empathetic and he explained how the incidence of something like this happening was very low. His kind words and willingness to have a look at my dog's autopsy report when it comes went a long way to helping to allay my fears. /////he and his staff were very thorough in explaining what vaccinations were necessary for the new pup and I certainly did not feel as if anyone was rushing me out the door. I would highly recommend this clinic, which was absolutely immaculate.
