DEZERAY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING SHOULD NOT BE AT YOUR FRONT DESK DEALING WITH PEOPLE.
A week prior to my appointment I had my dog "Porkchop" in for his yearly shots. Since he is a small dog and he needed three shots the Vet. recommended splitting up the shots and having my dog come back the following week for his rabies shot. My dog is very nervous (Chihuahua) and shakes a lot which he was doing the first trip and the second trip. Also each trip we have to take off an hour from work. When we arrived we were told that they were out of the shots and we would have to set up another appointment and come back. I had all ready paid for this shot during my previous visit. I am writing this to let all know of the unprofessional and flippant attitude of Dr. Carter. Dr. Carter consulted with me because I was concerned with my Oliver's (dog) teeth and gums. He looked at Oliver's mouth for about a minute and told me that he would need teeth pulled. He said he could do it the next morning at 9am. but conceded to the procedure I also asked the approximate amount of time the procedure would take. Dr. Carter then, in his flippant attitude, told me that it had to be done by noon because he was anxious the "be on the road to go home" since he does not reside in the area. The next day, Dr. Carter did not even come into work and left the procedure for someone else, who did not do a personal consultation with me. The second vet didn't see the need for any extractions and if I would have known, I would have never conceded to the sedation. My Oliver died because of an injection given before sedation. A simple, on the lap cleaning would have been all that was needed.
