Dr.Chaisson is amazing with my senior horse. He is very compassionate, knowledgable, thourough, trustworthy, etc. He calls the next day with lab results and insructions. His written report is very well presented. He spends the time as no other vet I have had in the past years. The staff at the clinic are amazing as well, knowlegable and so nice.I highly recommend Agwest as I can't say enough about them. We are all very compasationate about our animals as part of our family so we depend on our vet's to help us take care of their well being. I am happy they feel the same way.

Always has my horse's best interest at heart and gives the gold standard of veterinary care. My horse is relatively nervous and distrusting of new people but all DVM's and support staff (RVT's) are gentle and understanding of my horse's insecurities. Neither my horse or I have felt so comfortable with a veterinary staff other than this clinic. I would recommend this clinic and all DVM's to everyone.

Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. Gives you an ETA and calls if there are any changes (due to emergencies, etc.). You're not left waiting and wondering. Full range of equipment and enough staff so you are never left stranded during the Dr.'s vacation days. No complaints.

Punctual, Professional, Compassionate, and responsive to the owners/ animals needs. I have had horses and goats for many years and find Ag west to be an excellent source for veterinary care.

Have had excellent service from this clinic. The receptionist was courteous,, sympathetic and they had a vet out to me quickly when I had an urgent call. Follow up was superior, with inquiries by text from the vet, further suggestions and a follow up visit. No pressure whatsoever regarding payment, I got an email bill a few days after the visit and forgot about it for an additional week (sorry Ag West!) I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this practice.

I like the vets and I have nothing to complain about how they practice medicine.I am not happy that they will not discuss future plans if the animal doesn't respond except call them. When you do call, the receptionist will take the urgent message, of have the vet call me things are not good. Hours later the receptionist will call back with suggestions from the Dr.In both cases the situation had deteriorated further since the 4 hour call and their suggestions had already been tried. I then ask the receptionist what about doing this or that, and they have no idea.Now I know this is not their fault but it is a little frustrating to have the vet come out, and get an emailed bill that day which is paid right away.My animal is doing poorly and I am playing the 'telephone' game. I think they need to look at re formatting how they follow up with sick animals and have vet return clients calls. It has happened twice now.I had a 2nd opinion by Abbotsford Vet Hospital, and they outperformed Agwest
