The receptionist Jennifer is one of the most obnoxious women I have ever dealt with. Dr. Neese is a second rate vet who I didn't feel I could trust. I took my pet somewhere else and I won't be back. Why this hospital is still in business is beyond me. Dr. Neese is totally creepy.

Dr. Neese is a space case and a horrible veterinarian. She is responsible of the death of my cat. Her staff is also horrible and if you care about your pet DO NOT GO TO HER. She has moved her practice to DennisPort in an ugly old house. Obviously she couldn't afford to stay in West Dennis because she is a quack and I guess people are on to her now. The best vet care is off of Cape Cod as most vets here are money grubbing idiots like her who don't care about animals at all just how much money they can make off of their owners. Just a head's up everyone.

On 7/28/2010 Dr. Neese was hired to do a routine spay on my dog. I dropped Runa off in the morning expecting to pick her up that afternoon. I received a phone call from Dr. Neese around 5 pm telling me that Runa had undergone 2 surgeries, the first spay, then a second surgery because Dr. Neese was not sure she had tied everything off properly. The problem was that during the second surgery the anesthesia machine was not filled and ran out so Runa had to be closed quickly before she woke up. Now Dr. Neese thought she was bleeding internally and she was recommending that I take her to the closest emergency vet. Runa was admitted at CARE and Dr. Neese paid the bill. 4 years later I start to recieve harassing phone calls and messages via Facebook from a women named Jennifer Peatie telling me she works for Dr. Neese and I have a $304.00 balance at their hospital. She was very rude and threatening so I ignored her. I have filed a complaint with the MA Vet Board to have her license Suspended
