I'm very happy with the service I got dr.chow is very good @ what she does the staff are good I'm low-income and they worked with me bill wise my pets didn't get stressed out I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone dr.chow took the time to listen to my concerns and worries was very helpful with advice and treatment I've gone twice now and both times left feeling better than when I went in happy customer good service great staff please contact for your pets

We first started bringing our cat to Dr.Jackson and when she retired were very sad to see her go but Dr. Chow came in and does an amazing job, though we lost our cat several months ago, she made the loss a bit easier and you can tell she truly loves animals. My parents got a new cat and I now have a large dog and both animals see Dr. Chow and I know that I can call her with any question and know I will get an answer. Both her and her staff are amazing and very gentle with the animals. She is also very accommodating. Worth the trip to see her and her staff!

Dr. Chow was recommended to me by Dr. Ko at Cats Only, a truly amazing and caring vet. If you have a cat, I highly recommend her! Dr. Chow came across as genuine, friendly, open and approachable, and she answered all my questions thoroughly. At the end of the consultation, she asked me if I had further questions and ASSURED me in the friendlies, truest manner to email her if I had. A few days later, Patch had recurring symptoms and I emailed her 3 fairly straight-forward questions. More than 2 weeks passed and no reply. I followed up and got a reply from a staff apologising and saying that Dr. C. would like me to book an appointment so she could really spend time with me. She was the 3rd vet I saw in less than 3 months for Patch! I emailed back that I couldn't afford it, and I never heard back! Only 3 questions - how busy can she be, honestly?! Dana Krempels gives her time freely and has replied to my questions the same day, and SHE is busy!! I am so disgusted and disappointed in vets.
