As another user said cheap for a reason. Also I swear I posted a review before but it's gone now so here we go again. Staff are rude and the receptionist actually advocated animal abuse. The vet was always late or cancelled within the same day of the appointment. She also said many things that made us questions here knowledge and skills. We have since switched to conventry and live them. I also trust them with my babies lives which I didn't with avon. DO NOT GO HERE. there are plenty of qualified vets in the area.

Cheap for a reason. Poor quality care and disappointing staff. Vet was late and unorganized. No registered veterinary technicians working there, prefer romeo pet hosp or Coventry for that reason, their staff are trained and professional. Did not like they way they performed Euthanasia on my cat, after giving a drug that paralyzed her every limb she had a very traumatic injection into the heart, instead of a peaceful IV injection like i have previously witnessed. My cat suffered for weeks before this suggestion was made and after I had spent countless dollars on tests and diagnostics. Went in on an emergency visit where the vet and her husband performed procedure? shouldn't there be proper staff with training to aid..felt very uncomfortable. Not impressed. Cheap and sketchy.
