Biopsy results indicated that the mass on her foot was an inflammatory response- no cancer! Dr. Kane continued to recommend chemotherapy. We decided to complete an ultrasound- no abnormalities found. Dr. Kane continued to recommend chemotherapy- stating there isn't any other reason why the lymph nodes would look abnormal. At my request (not the doctor), we asked them to test her lymph node again. Results?? NO CANCER! If it were up to Dr. Kane my dog would have been on chemotherapy drugs right away- and she didn’t even have cancer! Unfortunately, my terrible experience doesn’t end there. When she was dropped off at the office for her ultrasound she was returned to us with her foot severely injured! There were deep gouges, skin hanging off, and blood oozing out of her foot. Yet, they acted as if nothing happened and didn’t treat her AT ALL. No attempt to treat/bandage her foot. No apologies at all! RID: 64195

Click to report rating    3/28/15   1     3     2     1   WORSE "vet" visit ever. Took my cat to this "vet" on a Saturday night because we tried a new natural flea treatment. All she did was give us the poison control number and didn't even pick my cat up! Please don't give this vet a chance especially if you have an emergency. RID: 56443
Click to report rating    11/8/14   5     5     5     5   They may seem a bit expensive but when you look at the care they give...I think its a great value. I took my German Shepherd puppy there for a limp and after him seeing 2 other vets they discovered elbow dysplasia right away. Their skilled staff is awesome with the animals and they were not put out by my middle of the night calls to see how my dog was doing. Level of care is outstanding! RID: 54516
Click to report rating    3/5/14   5     5     5     5   Very expensive care, but absolutely the best. Doctors very caring and skilled. My less than 2 yr old German Shepard had collapsed after a day of odd behavior. I took her in, she was bleeding internally, blood not clotting, and would have died if not for their immediate care. She was not poisoned, they researched, blogged nationally, and sent labs to NY and LA for specialized tests. The docs called me twice a day, stayed on the phone with me as long as I had questions, and seemed to truly LOVE the animals. The dog, afraid of strangers, she was a rescue, not sure of her history, trusted and loved the staff. I can't recommend this clinic for emergency or unusual cases. I spent approx $10,000 but if you love your pet you don't think twice about it. Wonderful clinic, hope they always provide such wonderful service. 24 hours service is not common. This service is worth every penny. RID: 50335
