"If you can't afford the vet bills, then you shouldn't have a pet" was response from their senior vet. Poor diagnostics by vets. Pet had mange and vet had no idea what was wrong. One pet had diabetes and Cushing's and vet questioned my experience with these diseases. Made me feel stupid and wasting his time. Clients seem to have more insight and knowledge into their pet's health. Very expensive. Antiquated medical devices/lab. Staff unwilling to fax/ contact pet insurance companies on behalf of their clients. No discount for multi-animals. At one point they said you had to bring in all your pets at one time to qualify for a discount.
