Today was my first experience with Parkdale Animlal Hospital and it will most certainly be my last. I typically use Beechmount or Kingsdale Animal Hospitals and have been getting my rabbits nails trimmed for years. Today the experience cost me more then double of any other clinic for the exact same 10 minute service. My bad for failing to ask in advance. $47 for clipping a few nails is offensive and a complete rip off. Buyer beware of inflated services here.

"If you can't afford the vet bills, then you shouldn't have a pet" was response from their senior vet. Poor diagnostics by vets. Pet had mange and vet had no idea what was wrong. One pet had diabetes and Cushing's and vet questioned my experience with these diseases. Made me feel stupid and wasting his time. Clients seem to have more insight and knowledge into their pet's health. Very expensive. Antiquated medical devices/lab. Staff unwilling to fax/ contact pet insurance companies on behalf of their clients. No discount for multi-animals. At one point they said you had to bring in all your pets at one time to qualify for a discount.

Excellent Veterinary Hospital in all aspects. We have been with Parkdale for 25 years, and have always appreciated their compassion, competence and thoroughness. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional care for their furry loved ones

A wonderful and caring facility. All the vets and all the staff have always been exceptional with all my pets over the 20+ years I have been going there.
