If I could give this business zero stars I would. They are very unprofessional and need to be shut down! I took my dog in for emergency care and I was never updated on her condition. I had to call them and ask for a status report. I was told that I would be contacted by the doctor within 5-10 minutes each time I called but I didn’t receive a call. I waited two hours and had not heard anything about the condition or diagnosis of my dog. The doctor finally called me after I made contact with the staff two times stating that I was being rude to her staff. I replied ma’am, asking for a status report isn’t rude. She then began to talk aggressively and very rude to me stating that she was watching a dog die that’s why she couldn’t call me and that she didn’t have enough staff. She asked me had I been to an emergency room before. I was very taken aback by this question because I had been with my other dog who recently passed away.
