I was camping in Algonquin Park when my dog had an allergic reaction in the middle of the night. DR Shail did not hesitate to make a special call and meet us at the clinic well after his hours. He was very friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable, he took great care of my dog, was very clear with his instructions and even though it was late he did not make me feel like he was bothered in any way by the visit and I would give him and his staff (Rosemary) 10/10 overall.

Amazing staff, amazing facility, incredibly high quality of medicine. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. My dogs have had many accidents and Muskoka Animal Hospital always takes great care of them. Costs go hand in hand with service you get there (higher cost due to amazing equipment but highest quality of medicine in the Muskoka area!

Amazing clinic, staff and services. I have been a client here for many years since Dr. Wurdell came to town. I find Dr. Wurdell is a straight shooter and always tells it up front. The prices are very high but it goes hand in hand with the quality of service I am getting for my pets. His staff is wonderful and very caring to my dogs.

I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. Dr. Wardell and his team are top notch. I was dealing with another vet clinic in town and unfortunately had a really disappointing exchange with them. I would highly recommend Muskoka Animal Hospital as they truly care, they are professional, charge appropriately and my dog loves it there!!!

This vet clinic not only rocks, they are very professional. I have had animals my whole life, I have had MANY vets. I am the past V.P. Of an animal shelter and was married to a vet for many years....so please listen to me, these folks care and you want that in a vet clinic. I have found Wardell and his team to get it right the first time. That saves you money and time. I like the way Wardell presents himself ...small clinic, good medicine. He charges what he should, a lot of folks don't realize there is a fee guide that vet are recommended to follow. He does, others charge more. How a vet reacts after hours in an emergency is huge. I have experience with vets that don't want to get out of bed to help you, so when I call Wardell he insists on helping me at any given hour. It comes down to caring.......this clinic does, it IS the choice in Huntsville. To be clear I have no association with Wardell other than I am lucky enough to have him as my vet. I recommend Alex too!
