	10/11/18	5	5	5	4	I have been taking my 16 year old cat to Thomas Glen Erin for approximately 8 years. I find the staff to be efficient, courteous and pleasant and the Drs. knowledgeable and efficient. They are not cheap but then no vets are.

*	11/24/17	5	5	5	5	The doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. The hospital staff have always been friendly and courteous to us. The hospital is always sparkling clean and orderly. I was NEVER forced to buy a product or go with a service without consent and acceptance; instead they offered and provided me with explanation with pros and cons between options. The doctors explained the treatment to be done in detail to me, and how the procedure went. Lab test results were delivered in time and expounded. I am picky and scrutinous when it comes to my dog.
	7/21/17	5	5	5	5	My mothers neighbor recommended this place. I find dr Arboleda very compassionate and the services are much more reasonably priced than other vets I have been to. I drive 45 minutes to this vet from where I live and they are worth it. I have had pleasant experiences and highly recommend.

	2/1/17	1	1	1	1	I wouldn't know if they are good because I sat in a room for 25 minutes waiting for the vet with my anxious dog - very bad first impression. I don't understand how vets think they can get away with making owners and their pets wait when we are PAYING them! I left without ever seeing or meeting the vet. I should have checked the other reviews before booking an appointment.
