	4/18/19	4	4	3	4	My cat was sick today so I needed an urgent appt. when I called was informed that problem was indeed urgent but they were unable to fit me in, I would have to find somewhere else. I have been a client for over 20 years and feel that this was very poor service. Not the same since Dr. Kral passed away, he was awesome. Needless to say I will never return.
