I rated the staff poorly because the one receptionist or assistant was very rough and rude with our dog and i found she was very abrasive, then the doctor came in with sandals and no socks on (sanitary???). The hospital was very clean and new but i found they wanted to run all this blood work and xrays, keep him over night on fluids and all my dog had was kennel cough? nice to know there is a clinic open over night but very expensive exam fee for the doctor to not touch your animal, reception did all the work.

So thankful for this clinic being open in Abbotsford. we have a cat that woke us up at 4am due to breathing issues. I googled animal emergency and saw that there is a clinic in Abbotsford. I was so relieved that i didn't have to travel into Langley as i didn't think she would have made it that far. The staff was so understanding and got me in right away with the Vet on staff. because of their expertise they saved our cat. I will be recommending this clinic to everyone I know.
