Was taken into a room and a assistant comes in to ask questions and to try to sell me a "care package." I was getting hustled. Four days later my dog began coughing. Neither of us got much sleep. Then to Caro Vet Clinic they diagnosed kennel cough. They asked if she had been around other dogs. I said no just the last vet. Asked how long the incubation period is for kennel cough … 3-7 days. She began 4 days later. I called Banfield & the manager’s response was “sorry, I have not had any complaints" Glad its not an epidemic. My dog is sick and I have $100 vet bill. I asked for a refund. He said "no." I asked to speak to his supervisor. He put me on hold for seven minutes gave me a phone number in Oregon. Left Nick Dillard messages over two days to resolve this and no return call. Banfield is not responsive, management is 2,000 miles away & won't return calls. No wonder they are cheaper than local vets. You get what you pay for. RID: 51203
