Worst and longest Euthanasia ever. Ok veins were thin because of liver problems but don’t keep telling me it will take a minute her heart is slowing when she is still moving and looking at me. Tried another leg and again I had to ask did it take because she is still alive. Then I was asked to leave the room while they tried something else for 15 minutes!! Then I was asked did I want to see her after she had died. No I plan was to comfort her not hear her still thrashing and moaning through the door. Unacceptable

I had to bring my precious Marlee (cat) in at 10 pm we had just come home from holidays and knew she was in distress . Dr Adel and staff treated us so kindly they did X-rays and blood work and we found she had kidney disease advanced . They kept her for the night to administer fluids and enemas then we had to pick her up to take her to our day vet . They kept her on the fluids and tried to feed her etc but by 6pm we had to make the heart wrenching decision to put her at peace and let her go . They emailed dr adel as I was supposed to bring her back for the night to fallsview . He called me half an hour later to offer his condolences to me and my husband . He made me feel better saying we tried and did what we could .He didn’t have to take the time to call but he did . And when marlee was there for the night they had hot water bottles kept her all snuggled . The staff are amazing as is the doctor . You hope not to have to go there but don’t hesitate the love and care was amazing .

Took my dog last night due to her straining to urinate. The dr was great! Nova is a Rottie and often nervous but the staff even when she growled at one cause she had glasses on were great with her. They did the needed tests nothing more, gave her an injection pills and said she needed to be checked once the drugs were done. Then he chatted with us for a bit. Super friendly, great rates only 5$ more then my regular vet would have charged. Great experience!

We had to put our 14 year old dog down at 4AM. We called ahead and when we arrived they were ready for us. The price we paid was what our day time vet charges and the staff was great. I would highly recommend!

Prudence, our Newf-Lab, was suffering terrible pain, followed by an ultrasound that revealed a 14-5” mass on her liver and a stomach obstruction. Fearing the worst, Dr. Adel kindly explained possible outcomes & then patiently endured numerous nervous calls from me regarding her condition. He & his staff were obviously, genuinely concerned about Prudence (in spite of the fact that I’ve been off work for the past year, and don’t even get a paycheck now), never more obvious then when I returned her for a follow-up & Pru was so happy to be back, she even tried ‘smiling’ when she saw the staff again! Teachers, take your pets to Dr. Adel & staff, not just for their knowledge & treatment, but because they’re more reasonably priced than any other emergency clinics we tried. Thanks to Dr. Adel & staff, I believe we may have a few more years in which to enjoy our pet(s). I would return, & whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Adel & the whole staff at the Fallsview Veterinary Emergency Clinic! Calvin

I have had to have a number of animals euthanized over the years and recently had to take my cat there in an emergency situation when my vet was unavailable. I can't begin to tell you how bad the experience there was. It truly was like something from a horror movie with the animal being tortured. He was writhing and vomiting and it took way too long. The vet gave every indication that he didn't know what he was doing but by then it was too late to stop the process. If you love animals you do not want them to suffer please, avoid this clinic. I will be haunted by this for a long time to come.

Fallsview is the best affordable choice for emegergency vet care. Dr.Adel has been in emergency medicine for over 10 years! He knows exactly what he is doing. His staff are kind, welcoming, and very knowledgable. Their clinic is immaculate. Not many have heard of this site, if you go to their Facebook page there is comment after comment of Amazing quality vet care - many many happy clients. There is one particular person on this page that is rating multiple times on fake accounts, remember there is always two sides to the story, they are upset because they were fired as a client there, and rightly so. I suggest any of you reading this message, check out their Facebook page...it's more honest than one person rating and posting multiple nasty comments.

Far better than the other clinic, Niagara Emergency. The staff here are kind and caring and care about ANIMALS not just MONEY. Had a horrible experience at the OTHER clinic with "Dr" Randall who has no compassion or even basic courtesy. The staff here are much better

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. The staff was so warm and friendly, the care they showed for my dog was amazing. The doctor was very knowledgeable and experienced. The cost for care was much lower than I was expecting considering it was a Sunday evening emergency. The emerg and exam fee was only $90 which is much lower than the $165 at the other emerg. I also had to pay the $40 professional fee for the vet to stitch a small cut on the side of my dog. They kept my dog for a couple of hours (I had dinner plans that I couldn't get out of) gave me antibiotics to give my dog at home, and my final bill was only $160 before tax. I would definitely go back and will definitely tell all my family and friends about this clinic.

I was referred today by the St. Catharines SPCA. My 1 year old cat is VERY ill. The SPCA said this vet lets you pay upon picking up your animal which I needed because it's 1:30am and my bank is closed. I took the 20 min drive where the owner (a man) told me she (cat) is very ill and could die without treatment. She needed oxygen, meds, an IV, etc. as she has a fever, trouble breathing and other stuff. He then got very rude when I said the bank is closed and explained what the SPCA told me. He accused me of making it up and got VERY rude with me to where I was crying. His assistant tried to convince him to treat my cat since I brought cheques but he did not. He told her to "pack her up and get her out of here" (in regards to my cat and I) then said to me "better hope she doesn't die tonight. It will be your fault." I bawled my face off all the way home and still have a very VERY ill cat that needs help. DON'T GO TO THIS VET!!!! :( I am watching my cat die tonight in pain because of him.
