I can't complain at all. Dr. Soutter and Dr. Atz have extended the life of my dog who has an untreatable and rare disease. They always return calls or have their staff assist you promptly. They are not pushy and very honest and fair with treatment and associated costs. I've never been rushed nor had a question or concern overlooked. Highly recommend.

Although I found them very caring here, I was extremely dissapointed with my experience here. I was given a price for a service and this was not what I was charged. When this was brought up they were untruthful and denied giving me this price.

I have been going to this clinic for 10 months now coming from a conventional vet. I have a dog suffering with a serious lung disease and decided to take the homeopathic approach for treatment. The previous vet gave her little time to live but she's made it through another year thanks to Dr. Soutter. I have worked with others in this office and they are all extremely knowledgeable and very caring and devoted to the care of animals and compassionate and patient toward the pet owners. They work with you financially and always return your calls when available. I cannot say enough about how greatful I am for discovering these veterinarians. I will continue with their care for the rest of my brood. Kudos.

This is a well rounded vet clinic with tradition veterinary medicine, homeopathy and accupucture. The staff is caring and efficient and not only cares about your pet but also the owner. They take the time to explain complicated procedures, offer alternatives to treatment with respect and patience. They are in the process up upgrading their facility which will enhance your visit and their ability to care for your pets.

I drive by many Vet Clinics on my way to the Manchester Veterinary Clinic. The Veterinarians and staff are wonderful. They always take time to answer my questions and provide optimun care to my pets. The medical care is superior and the rates are reasonable.
