This has been the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly courteous, and when my cat had an issue with his paw, they quickly diagnosed it and provided antibiotics that resolved the problem within days—without unnecessary, procedures. I’m grateful for Dr. Allin and her team for their friendly professionalism. The hospital is clean, and the skilled staff makes it a pleasure to work with them. I’ll definitely continue bringing my pet here for life!

Very disappointed with the service received by this vet . we did everything they recommended yet when we want to adopt a pet they did not say the truth . I wont be going back to this place

Great place, great staff. They truly care about your animals! Not sure about all the disgruntled comments below, maybe you need to plan better to care for your pets?

Over priced, to many additional questionable services required to address the issue that brought you to the vet office in the first place. However if you don’t mind paying for bell and whistles I’m sure they do an excellent job.

I am very disappointed with the service at Pine Grove. They are there to make money and that is it. The majority of the staff is cold and unfriendly. I recently took my Golden Retriever there for what we were sure was an eye infection. The vet convinced us to do tests in case it might be something else. Sure enough, it was just pink eye, but the Vet Clinic got an extra $50 out of us. I am currently looking elsewhere to take my pets to. Would not recommend to anyone.

We give Pine Grove Vet clinic a 5 Star rating, they were very good with us when our dog was attacked by another dog. They took us in immediately,did a caring thorough exam of our girl,prescribed the meds she needed,had us booked for a follow up. All the staff are very caring people who do their best for everything you need for your pet & yourselves.
