I had such a dissappointing experience...went to visit my dog after his surgery and he was tied up in a kennel instead of put in a cage to recover. I was not pleased especially when they charge me for hospitalisation.

Very nice staff. I'm a client for over 10 years... They always take the time to answer my questions. They are really gentle with my cat. Teddy was very sick and now, he is old but still alive. Thank you to all of you!

Visited wkly for a couple of mths. Never recalled ours or pet names, never recalled why we were there, never phoned with a f/u on pets condition. Never offered any samples of foods that they were recommending. Receptionist constantly talks about herself and her vet advice. It appears it is just a Cash Cow Vet.
